Host Fanny was very kind and hospitable. She made us feel like home. Her house is beautiful, traditional château but tastefully decorated. Surrounded by serene beauty, the area was calm and peaceful away from populated areas. A good getaway from busy life. Would come back again.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely apartment located in a small, peaceful town not far from Calais. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and very well equipped — everything we needed was provided, from kitchen essentials to cozy touches that made us feel at home. The surroundings were quiet and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

It was more spacious than the listing suggested, the bathroom was particularly large and both bedrooms had plenty of room and felt really comfortable with plenty of storage for your clothes and things. It was really clean, and smelled very fresh. The parking was right outside the front door and there were always several spaces available irrespective of the time of day or night you are arriving or returning from a day or evening out. It was quiet. The kitchen was very well equipped and even had an air fryer. The host was the kindest man, we arrived in the dark, in the middle of a bad storm after a long cross europe drive from Germany and struggled to find it, our host picked up my message within moments, called and FaceTimed but due to the storm the signal was bad so he came straight over to help us without being asked, he also had provided tea and coffee and drinks for my children along with some sweet treats and small toys. So kind! Fantastic value for money, would recommend 10/10.

We had a fantastic stay at this lodge! It’s absolutely perfect – modern, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The setting is beautiful, nestled by a small fishing lake with stunning views – so peaceful and relaxing. It’s also very convenient, with shops just a 5-minute drive away and both the Eurotunnel and ferry terminals within 30 minutes. Ideal for a weekend getaway or, like us, as a stopover before onward travel. A big thank you to Alexis, who was incredibly welcoming and friendly. He came to introduce himself in the evening and was very helpful – it really made us feel at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, well-equipped lodge in a lovely location. Thank you again, Alexis!

Beautiful old property in the country being renovated tastefully. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the public areas are very nice. Great dinner and breakfast. Very friendly staff. Only 45 mins to Le Shuttle Calais terminal.

Fabulous house. Great week in Dunkerque with the 85th Dunkirk little ships return trip. Everything you could possibly need is available. We had our car, so shopping was not a problem. Parking can be an issue, as neighbours do park outside the garage door. But we had no problem with this. Thank you Sébastien. 5 star service 🌟
