Lovely hotel, we got a free upgrade to a suite which was nice. It’s a little out of town so we needed to get a taxi but that cost less than €10. The girl on reception was very nice and helpful

The hotel is centrally placed; in fact, it couldn't be more central. Very pleasant and helpful staff, and a comfortable room above one of the narrow streets on which the Bull Run takes place. Excellent breakfast, we really enjoyed our stay. The city of Pamplona is ideal for visiting the Bodega Otazu, a short drive from the city centre. I would like to return to visit both the city ad hotel on another occasion.

Room was clean and very spacious, terrace was a bonus not expected 😁. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Gentleman on reception was very helpful and knowledgeable about Pampelona.
