We had a fantastic stay at this resort. Breakfast extremely expansive, hotel has all the facilities you need and more and is extremely clean. The staff is so so kind. Ahmed el Faki took fantastic care of us during breakfast and Basam in the Lebanese restaurant! The manager is also always at your disposal! This hotel get's it all right! even the little details which is what elevates this hotel to the next level. Recommend!

Our stay at this hotel has been absolutely amazing, and we cannot thank the entire team enough for making our experience so memorable! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay. A special thank you to Mohamed Tharwat, Mohamed Taha (the talented chef who prepared the delicious meals), Mahmoud, Hossam, Amr, Assem Bakeir, and Ahmed from the restaurant. You were always so kind, attentive, and ensured we had the best dining experience for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Your warm hospitality truly made each meal something to look forward to. The food was fantastic, and the service was top-notch! A big thank you to Abdallah at the bar, who always served our drinks with a smile and made our time at the bar so enjoyable. We also want to extend our gratitude to Ibrahim, who provided impeccable room service and housekeeping. It was such a fun surprise to return to our room and find the adorable and creative figures he made from towels. It added such a personal and special touch to our stay, and we couldn’t help but smile and have a laugh of the creative figures every time we walked into our room! The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The attention to detail in every aspect was clear, and we felt at home throughout our time here. The location is great, and everything from the amenities to the cleanliness was flawless. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful, relaxing, and memorable stay. The staff here truly made our visit unforgettable, and we are grateful for every moment.
