We were very pleased with our stay at these apartments in Sheikh Zayed. Everything was just perfect! The apartment is spacious, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The bed linen and towels were fresh and neat, and there were shampoos, a washing machine, an iron, and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I recently stayed at this stunning villa in Cairo, and it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The villa is an absolute gem—beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The ambiance is serene and perfect for relaxation, with gorgeous interiors and a spacious outdoor area. It was the perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional charm, and the attention to detail in every corner was exceptional. A special shoutout to Mohamed, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. From the warm welcome to his quick responses to any requests, his hospitality was outstanding. He truly made us feel at home and added a personal touch to the whole experience. The property exceeded all our expectations. It‘s cozy, nice, and roomy, with a beautiful swimming pool, a tennis and a pool table. Everything is nice and clean. You should take into account that a location is a bit hidden inside the compound (which is almost a town in itself) but with a little help of the owner you will find the way quite easily. It is definitely worth staying here if you are on a longer way to somewhere in Egypt and just need a place to rest for a night. And of course, if you want to spend some days with your friends at a beautiful place with a pool etc., you would not regret coming to Encanto getaway. The owners are incredibly helpful and friendly. They gave us a lot of complementary stuff, they even helped us out with a flat (punctured) tyre and did not accept any money in return for all the troubles. So, nice people, nice place, would be very happy to come here again!

Sherwet was very reliable. She was waiting for us at 3 am with the Keyes and full instructions of the services. She was easily approachable via telephone and what’s up messages. She was kind , honest and welcoming throughout our stay. The apartment was fully prepared for us with fresh bed sheets and blankets. The access to the swimming pool was a pleasure to the kids.
