Clean hotel, friendly employees, great location. Felt safe and taken care of. The last day I was suffering from food poisoning (NOT from the hotel food, I didn’t eat there), and they assisted me greatly. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The entire staff from reception to the cleaners, the luggage assistants, and the rooftop team were incredibly kind, respectful, and always smiling. They truly made me feel at home, like part of a family. The location is also perfect close to Zamalek, the Nile, restaurants, and cafés. I had the best experience and will definitely come back again. Seeing everyone’s smiles every morning was enough to make my day. Highly recommended!
