The family was so nice and helpful that I felt very good and welcome there. Any question I had, Kati helped me with a smile. Also she organised a taxi driver to bring me to the Cova de Paul and she lent me a map of Santo Antao during my stay which was very helpful to me. I had a very big room (normally for 2 adults and 2 kids) with bathroom and balcony. Near the balcony were banana trees and other trees and I heard the birds in the evening. The night is very quiet. There is another terrace for all the guests where you can sit. Breakfast was very good. The location is perfect. When you came down from Cova de Paul you arrive just nearby the Pousada. There is a supermarket just at the corner. It was the best place I stayed during my holidays on Cabo Verde.

For us, Casa Familiar was the best accomodation in the Cape Verde. Margaret was super willing, helpfull and caring 🙏🏽 she made for us tastefull dinner and breakfast and offered us homemade grogue. House was super clean and there is a big rooftop with breathtaking view and sunset. everything was perfect. thank you for this stay.
