VERY friendly and helpful hosts. I got a wonderful assistance when booking ferry tickets from the cumbersome unlogical website of the connection to the amazing island St. Antao. And the hosts participated in well-prepared dinners at a Mexican restaurant nearby - and a fish restaurant where the concept FRESH fish get a new meaning for me. I can only say : STAY THERE !!!

Perfect location next to stunning and quiet beaches. With a shared pool, restaurant/bar, and small shop all within a couple of minutes walk. The apartment was well furnished with everything you would need including aircon, a hammock on the balcony, and although it wasn't mentioned on the listing when we booked, there is wifi that works well. The check-in and check-out process was simple and straightforward, and the host very friendly and quick to reply to messages. Everything was perfect, and I would highly reccomend this apartment for people visiting Cape Verde :)

We traveled as a family and the apartment was just what we were looking for: comfortable, well-equipped, and peaceful. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, the facilities were above expectations and the pool was great and the security of the place was impeccable. We felt very welcome and had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

I had the most wonderful experience staying at Sol & Lar No Stress on Ilha do Sal. From the moment i arrived, the hosts made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. They were warm, friendly, and always ready to assist with any questions or recommendations we had during our stay. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. What really stood out, however, were the extra touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. On the resort Vila Verde theres a restaurant that serves delicious local dishes, and the atmosphere is perfect for a laid-back meal after a day of exploring. If you’re in the mood to cook, the nearby supermarket is just a short walk away, offering a great selection of fresh produce and essentials. One of the best features was the free shuttle bus that takes you to several key spots on the island, including Santa Maria, Praia da Ponte Preta, and Espargos (the capital). It was such a convenient way to explore the island without worrying about transportation. Overall, I can’t recommend Sol & Lar No Stress enough. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, this place has it all—great hosts, convenient amenities, and fantastic shuttle service. Will definitely be back!

The place was clean and well equipped. It had everything we needed. Everything was new. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for cooking and eating. The only one thing I missed was a potato peeler, to peel a cucumber to make a salad. Everything else was there. Even washing up liquid and cleaning materials. It was quiet enough, providing we were facing the swimming pool. The hostess, Celina, is a lovely person!
