The space, we were a family of four and we each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The house had everything needed including a large laundry room with a washer and dryer! We enjoyed a barbecue on the large outdoor patio, which has stunning views.

Rooms were great for the price, basic in some ways, but the mattresses are super comfy, I even asked for the brand and design it was that good as I am in the market for a new 1. Breakfast was good as well, take out coffee for no extra price. Location is lovely right next to the lake.

Beautiful spacious lodge overlooking the coffee farm. Jennifer gave us a nice tour of the farm and offered a great breakfast as well as leaving some fresh ground coffee in our room. Loved the view from our beds of the hillside!

Everything. Des hôtes professionnels, gentils, attentionnés, by far far far the best night and day we had in costa rica. You will feel like home and in the heart of costa rica at the same time. Trully amazing breakfast and room/house. Everything is well tought, i am sure this is the best place to stai in whole costa rica, all that for a very modest price. Everything inside the house looks new. Very comfortable big bed, very hot shower, unlike the rest of Costa Rica, exceptionally clean throughout. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location near Lake Arenal. Joanne and Simon are the perfect hosts; during our stay they were always helpful and found answers to any question. We became friends! They proposed best-fit daytrips that fit best with our interest: a cozy Hot Springs Spa resort, a Hanging Bridge tour and a horse back ride. Ahead phone calls were offered to secure availability. The house restaurant was temporarily closed as the cook had just left. Manuel, owner of a small restaurant next door (25m) offered excellent local food and hosted us every night. Best comes last: the home-made breakfast with fruit of the season, fresh juices and home made bread and cake! WOW!!!
