Practical buildout of the buildings, rooms, facilities and furnishings. Some nice style and decoration (stonework), gardening. Nice pools, although not for swimming, also the area surrounding them. Tasty and variety of food on breakfast. Nice location-close to the town centre and some nice restaurants and shops. Also, good for looking at the volcano (when not in clouds). Nice option for using hot natural water facilities in a partnering hotel. Helpful, polite staff. Excellent value for money.

Awesome place, hot springs were perfect, even not many people. You can although find a butterfly house, any good, turtle exhibit and many other things! Recommend!
