The host (Luz) is awesome. So friendly and talkative :-) She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and made us a nice breakfast. The rooms are big and the beds the most comfortable we have slept on in Colombia. There is a lovely spot to have breakfast and relax in the evening that looks out over the river. Lots of nice birds in the trees. The shower was hot, which was a pleasant surprise. The town itself is cute and very local. We felt safe there and in the town and hotel. We loved our stay and won't forget it. Thank you Luz 🥰

Everything. The staff is always on top of everything, the place is just amazing. This could be the best hotel in the eje cafetero. The rooms are well designed and the view is just amazing. The hotel contrasts with a beautiful town just a few minutes away. The attention to details is excellent.

Beautiful location with stunning views. Everyone there was really friendly and the breakfasts were really tasty. Dinner is also sometimes available for a small price. Hosts very helpful with offering advice and information. Room was great and a hot shower is always nice!

One of the most memorable places I have ever stayed, this is a real gem. The location is sublime and the property itself is idyllic. The hosts are incredibly nice and welcoming and the area is fabulous for exploring. Wish we had stayed longer.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ecohotel Alma We can look back on a fantastic time in the beautiful “Alma Resort” with its beautifully landscaped garden and a wonderful family who gave us a warm welcome and made our stay a wonderful experience. -Very friendly and attentive staff -we had a spacious 2-bed room with a fan (there are different rooms) -The beds are very comfortable - we slept so well -We really liked the bathroom w/outdoor shower -the location is very quiet (despite the nearby street) -very good breakfast, great coffee, everything fresh (partly. from own garden or surrounding area) -Simple menu for dinner – but very tasty (preferably fish in aluminum foil ;-) -located in a lovely, safe area in the countryside -There are also other restaurants nearby (take a taxi) -a very fair price-performance ratio -Wifi worked perfectly -We even managed to reach Alma by public bus and taxi for the last mile** **We are grateful that we found EcoHotel Alma. They also helped us to organise a visit at Finca Don Leo (organic coffee farm) and at nearby botanical garden with a Columbian's biggest palm collection and a papiliorama (butterfly house). - The host is very friendly and speaks English which was very useful for us. - Nice location with a clean pool that we used on a hot day to cool down. - The room has a good size, very spacious. - We got good recommendations for food options close by. - We were able to book a taxi for a suitable rate through the accommodation. Too bad that we had to leave early in the morning to catch our flight. We would have loved to try the delicious breakfast that was recommended in other reviews :)

We loved our stay here! The room was perfect and the indoor/outdoor bathroom was amazing. The staff were really lovely and made us feel so welcome. The pool was great too.
