Everything. The family who run the hotel are absolutely amazing, they were so attentive to our needs and really happy to help with anything we needed. Everything was kept really clean, and whilst the hotel is far away from the main action, it does mean you’re much further away from all the sellers who tend to harass you, as well as in a more quiet and peaceful area. The hotel was just perfect :) the breakfast was really tasty, as were all other meals (I would personally strongly recommend the chicken coconut curry) but you do have the option of other restaurants if you want to wander off. Having said that, the staff do try and accommodate your needs/ tastes if you want something off the menu, although they don’t serve beef or pork to minimise impact on the environment. You can also go paddle boarding for free for an hour and they also have snorkel equipment you can use for free - really couldn’t recommend this hotel any more highly, stay there and you will have the best time! The location is the best of Barú, beautiful beach with white sand. We love our room with sea view and nice details. The personal was amazing, their arrange everything what you asked them. We went one evening to look at the high-lightning plankton and one day we went to Rosario Islands. Just ask the personal or Alessandro who send us a privat Taxi who picked up from our Hotel in Cartagena to Barú and the driver Fernando was very kind and helpful. The contact was easy and uncomplicated. We’re got the best cocktails from El Chaza with his mobile Bar on the beach. And more of sales are from my country Venezuela 🇻🇪 We recommended Calamari Barú and want to come again!

Had the best stay here for two nights! All the staff were so welcoming and friendly, breakfast was lovely and the dinner portions were huge, so great value for money. The place was always clean as they were wiping the floors and cleaning all day. Amazing view from the balcony, especially during sunset. They also provide nice sunbeds on the beach and they look after your stuff while you're out swimming. The beach is stunning and the property lays in a more quiet part of the beach, however still lots of vendors passing by. It makes all the difference to your visit to stay the night rather than just go on a day trip. Loved the hammocks on the balcony. The room was basic, but comfortable and really nice to have the mosquito net. The temperature during the night was better than expected, actually quite cool even without fans.

I fell in love with the place, everything is perfectly arranged; in other words, if you love music, you will love this place. Everywhere you'll find spots for great photos, and the staff is very friendly. Oh, I almost forgot, taking a nap in the hammock with the beautiful sea view was great.

The place is very basic - like all the places on playa Blanca. This place is definitely one of the best looking places around - in the more quiet area of the beach. Electricity only in the evening and no running water. Decent Wi-Fi. Fantastic location just at the beach. The view from the rooms with sea view are terrific. The rooms at the back are with no windows - go for one of the front rooms. There are Sun beds at all levels. Anderso is amazing - exceptionally friendly, service minded and accommodating. The food is good and reasonably priced - try the grilled fish. They can arrange tours to Isla Rosario and plankton tour. We really enjoyed our 4 days there.
