Everything was exceptional, the best hotel we have stayed at in China. The hotel owner Isaac always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was extremely helpful in giving us all the information needed for visiting both parks. The hotel amenities were fantastic, the grounds and very pretty with an incredible view, and the rooms were super modern and clean. We loved the traditional Chinese breakfast each morning too, which was new to us but delicious every time. Thank you so much to Isaac and his family who made our trip to Zhangjiajie absolutley perfect, I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Beautifully located and very nice and quiet rooms. The staff were all so nice, told us everything about the area and how to get there and made us a delicious breakfast every morning. Even when we had to leave early ti catch the train they had a take away breakfast ready for us. Totally recommend!

This was truly an exceptional stay! The receptionist greeted us with genuine warmth that set the tone for the entire experience. Having free access to laundry facilities proved invaluable - we finally revived a week's worth of travel-worn clothes (a backpacker's dream come true!). The hotel's prime location near Tianmen Mountain's entrance couldn't be more convenient for exploration. Special recognition goes to Lucian, our hospitality hero. His prescient warning about Didi drivers illegally adding parking surcharges saved us from further frustration - we encountered this scam both from the airport and en route to the 72nd Floor Observatory. While these dishonest practices cast a shadow on the city's image, Lucian's swift action in coordinating refunds through customer service restored our faith.
