The rooms were exceptionally decorated. The bed was really comfortable. I was messaged by the property whilst travelling on the train, she offered to organise and pay for a taxi. We refunded them in arrival. They couldn’t do enough for us.

The stay was really perfect, especially because of the amazing and very attentive staff - always ready to support, everyone was doing their best throughout the day to make it enjoyable. Whenever you would leave the room, you would come back and find it cleaned, some sweets and other small treats added, the minibar re-filled. Very comfortable room and bed.

It is a very clean and spacious apartment, tastefully decorated. The stay was comfortable, with cozy beds and pillows. It is conveniently located just across the street from the metro station, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—they really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I loved the hotel’s vibrant and modern design; it’s fresh, stylish, and totally appeals to younger travelers like myself. The hotel is very nice! And the staff is willing to help with anything we need. We wanted to order food, and the receptionist ordered it for us on her cell phone. We paid, and everything was great!
