The Hotel and the staff were amazing, so helpful and kind to us during our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable and big! The food at the restaurant was amazing, great to get a taste of Sichuan food, and also appreciated the voucher for the restaurant as well as the free snacks in the room. The location is great, very close to the subway station and on a beautiful street filled with traditional architecture, and it was Lit incredibly in the night.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's prime location and comfortable accommodations. The surrounding area provided an excellent opportunity to experience local daily life, with a wide variety of dining options available. The convenient 7-minute proximity to FUGIN metro station allowed us seamless access to all our intended destinations. We particularly appreciated the authentic Chinese breakfast offered by the hotel. The entire staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast service, consistently demonstrated genuine helpfulness and courtesy. Hostel is very clean even at the night time the rest room is still very clean. The breakfast is very good even it is only bread and drink and a small salad. Also staff is very helpful. I will back to stay here gin when I visit Chengdu. :)

Big room, very clean. The staff is very friendly and some can speak English. Big breakfast buffet with both chinese and western dishes and fresh coffee was served to the table.

Lovely hotel on a superb street and next to a lovely park. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Rooms lovely, clean and spacious. Excellent location near the metro for exploring the City, short ride to the Panda Park and for getting to the main train staions for the high speed trains. 10 minute walk to Khan and Zhai Alley and close to Junli Ancient street - both fun areas to explore. Breakfast was delicous - the best we had during our stay and the coffee fresh. I thorougly recommend this hotel and would return.

We loved the staff who were so kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early when we arrived from the train and helped us to order a taxi 🚕 All the staff were helpful and polite including the cleaning team. Also, the facilities in the room are excellent. High quality presumably Chinese (‘Japanese-style’) toilets in rooms, seperate toilet and shower (such a sensible design!)
