The hotel had recently re-opened under a new name and management. The quality of the refurbishment was excellent. The staff we beyond friendly and helpful. When there was a problem with my booking (entirely due to my error) they corrected it without any fuss.

I had issues with the train schedule, and the staff helped me to be able to get into the hotel and pickup my room even after the reception time. It was a great thing to have, since I did not have to worry about where I'll spend the night after I arrive with such a delay. The breakfast is nice, the room is fine, especially that the streets there are not noisy. Close to the train station, as well as to the lake (even if I couldn't visit that side). It was my second stay here, and will stay here too when I'll come back again. Both the restroom and the bathroom was clean all the time.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean, the bed super comfortable, and the whole place was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was diverse and tasty, and the restaurant was beautiful. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in the area again

    Staying next to Renata and her family was amazing. They were always there to help in case of any questions. Super friendly atmosphere, great apartment with a huge garden and lake view. One morning Renata even brought us a bowl of fresh strawberries. We hope that we can visit again, soon!

    It was surprisingly good. Of course, everything in the room was dated, but clean and functional. Shower worked well and was easy to get the right temperature from the start. Breakfast options on the slim side but tasty and good quality bread was available.
