Everything was perfect. Clean, spacious, quiet, well equipped, easy access and flexible check-in /out time when feasible. Location was perfect for us as we were visiting our daughter who stays at nearby student residence , but it was also very convenient for Bern center: the station is 5 minutes away by foot and you get to Bern main station, which is in the very center of the city, within minutes (trains are very frequent). Transport around Bern is cost free for guests during the complete stay , using the Bern app and a code for every guest which you get from the appartment owner.

The Holiday Inn Bern-Westside is located in the new district of Bern-Brünnen, just an 8-minute train ride from the Bern Main Station. All rooms are air-conditioned and offer free WiFi.

The hotel is centrally located and very close to the main train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful with luxurious bathroom and toiletries. The included breakfast was amazing! I wish I could have stayed longer!

I had an excellent experience with my stay! it felt a lot like home, the Hostess was very Kind and generous, she had upgraded our stay to a beautiful suite! the Breakfast was amazing, the room was dreamy! excellent friendly service that made me want to go there again! Everything about the Hotel was excellent. The location was stunning, great parking, well equipped and comfortable room with stunning views. Both the evening meal and breakfast taken outside on a terrace overlooking the lake and alps in the background, were excellent . The staff were excellent too with attentive hosts and Olga the breakfast waitress is an asset, welcomong, friendly, attentive and excellent at her job.
