The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would really like ti mention Mr. Raul’s name for his commendable hospitality. We did had an early check in which he did it with very smooth process and we also did have a free upgrade from hotel. The service did exceeded my expectations. I would rate this hotel as 5/5 for his friendly and kind staff.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Broc. Rooms are well decorated and many of them have a view over the mountains and Gryuere castle. Furniture is new and fresh, the beds are comfortable. Also you have a large parking right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient.

Lovely Hotel. Close to Bulle which is nice town. The hotel is very close to Lac Gruyère Excellent breakfast with a massive choice to suit all tastes.

Very Pet-Friendly (traveling with a large dog), as well as very people friendly. :) The staff was very helpful and friendly! Beautifully renovated rooms right in the middle of town. Restaurant downstairs serves delicious, regional food. Parking availalbe. Couldn't ask for more.
