NetherlandsThe hotel is part of a large new shopping centre - with almost no customers - around a large courtyard (with an ATM). The breakfast, which had sufficient choice, was served in one of the restaurants (the Batumi restaurant) in this centre. We stayed 3 nights in room 7 in this new hotel, on the first floor (as all rooms). Good beds, good WiFi and coffee/tea facilities. We seldom had such a large (and high) room, and a large bathroom, as this hotel. The staff, with some persons who spoke English, was very helpful to arrange a taxi for a daytour around the city to the main sights. From the hotel it is a walk of only a few minutes to the fortress and the Mausoleum of Noah. To the Khan palace and surrounding sights it is about a 20 minutes walk. We would certainly stay here again if we ever would come again to this few visited but beautiful and very interesting region.

The staff was amazing.
We had to go to the hospital with our child in the middle of the night and the staff was extremely kind and helpful calling a taxi to go there and back from the hospital,
They also found us a very good driver to visit the region.
There's a mall just next to the hotel with good restaurants.

great experience during my stay in this hotel,it was clean spacious with huge rooms. nakchivan is great place (unknown to many people),the place the hotel and the hotel staff mr bayram was so friendly and helpful that within 2 hours of check in i extend my stay for a day more considering that i will not get refund for my air ticket to baku, the hotel organize my daytrips ,and were going out of way to make my stay memorable -will sure visit this marvelous place nakhchivan and would stay in same place

We loved this hotel. The rooms are fantastic. High ceilings, lots of space, enormous bathroom and great view of the mountains. The staff were friendly.
Breakfast was good with just enough variety. There is a kids club for a small fee. The location is good and just a five minute drive from the airport.
