The location was excellent right beside the lift towards Fiss. The rooms had nice view. The wellness facilities, sauna and hammam, were clean, quiet end of top quality. Breakfast area had a view to the snowed mountains. Last but not least, the staff. They were very helpful always with answers to our questions and with solutions to our enquiries.

The staff were really good. They remembered me from last year when I broke a bone and were extremely helpful.
