We booked the hotel because they had pictures of cake and what a great decision it was. Completely enjoyed ourselves. The check-in was uncomplicated. The parking garage for the Auto was conveniently located. The staff were extremely friendly. The facilities were excellent and the food was terrific. I would recommend it and will return.

The rooms were beautifully decorated, the food and drinks were excellent, and the hotel staff were warm, friendly, and eager to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We especially loved the fact that everything was centrally located - the children's ski school, the ski lift, the restaurant, and the shuttle bus were all within a few hundred meters' walk. During our stay, my daughter unfortunately had an accident and needed to be transported to the hospital. The level of kindness and care that was taken by the owners and staff to help us during this emergency was priceless and will be forever appreciated and remembered. This place is more than just a hotel - it is a home away from home, managed by a wonderful family and staff who understand what it means to be humble, kind, and gracious to all who visit.

We came for one night - and stayed three :) The hosts are super friendly and welcoming: they recommended several local attractions, and explained how to reach them. Breakfast was delicious and nutritious: freshly made eggs and homemade food made our day! The rooms are well-spaced and very comfortable, with beautiful wooden decor and all the amenities to make a stay comfortable. The views of the Alps are breathtaking. Overall, we had a lovely time. The food and views are amazing as well as for those who ski, the Arlberg area is a great skiing resort. Cannot recommend this place enough!

An absolutely excellent place to stay for families of all ages. Thanks to the true ski-in/ski-out access, even in mid-March, our family could start skiing together each morning. Later in the day, we easily split up based on preferences—some of us had the energy to ski all day, while others preferred to start the après-ski earlier.:))) The warm outdoor pool with magnificent mountain views was amazing! It stayed pleasantly warm even while it was snowing. Everything was comfortable, clean, modern, just as in hotel images. Car parking, ski storage, fitness center, and swimming pool are all conveniently connected and easily accessible.
