The accommodation was amazing - clean, cozy, and modern. Parking was available right outside the apartment door, making it incredibly convenient to unload my belongings and hit the slopes right away. Comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a common room where I could relax and unwind. Skiing was a breeze with great slopes and perfect conditions at the surrounding ski resorts which was perfectly close.

Great proximity to all the places and excursions we wanted to see. Breakfast was great. the owner and staff were great, making us feel right at home. We knew this was going to be our best stay with a shot of schnapps after we registered. Das Monika will always be remembered as one of the great memories of Austria and will be a destination when we return.

Loved EVERYTHING about Coolnest - staff was so Nice, helpful, cheerful, efficient and professional yet highly personable. The owner even engaged in a wine tasting with his guests and discussed his inspiration for the hotel. The hotel itself and the facilities are top notch, the decor was very cool and so we done, every detail done well and the all the areas from the reception area, the breakfast area, the roof top bar and restaurant, the pool the gym and yoga rooms were done so well. Not to mention the rooms that were functionally laid out perfectly with million dollar views of the zitteral valley. And did I mention all the free activities - hiking, biking, yoga, wine tasting, etc that comes free.

The staff is exceptional. Every care to remember our needs was evident while we enjoyed half board service. Additionally, there always a “snack hour” included for hotel guests from 1500-1630 with hot foods, soups, and dessert. The pool was warm and the spa area small but well appointed with steam, sauna, water beds, and lounge area. Our last morning was the day before Easter and our breakfast table delighted the kids as it was decorated with chocolate bunnies and candies! Could not recommend this more!
