Only best comments. Margret is the best. Our family had the best time there. The place was incredibly big and clean. And the best thing was that we had washing machine since we were traveling around Austria almost a week and it was one of the best thing there.

The place is amazing! The personnel was very nice. We arrived a bit late just in time to eat at the restaurant. The meals were good! The food is rich, so maybe more suitable for winter, but we were very happy with the taste events if we couldn't finish everything :) The breakfast was good too. In the room we had towels, little snacks, soap and small shampoo bottle waiting for us. And amazing view from the room. If we come back in the area we will definitely stay at Pension Gemshorn again!

Great proximity to all the places and excursions we wanted to see. Breakfast was great. the owner and staff were great, making us feel right at home. We knew this was going to be our best stay with a shot of schnapps after we registered. Loved EVERYTHING about Coolnest - staff was so Nice, helpful, cheerful, efficient and professional yet highly personable. The owner even engaged in a wine tasting with his guests and discussed his inspiration for the hotel. The hotel itself and the facilities are top notch, the decor was very cool and so we done, every detail done well and the all the areas from the reception area, the breakfast area, the roof top bar and restaurant, the pool the gym and yoga rooms were done so well. Not to mention the rooms that were functionally laid out perfectly with million dollar views of the zitteral valley. And did I mention all the free activities - hiking, biking, yoga, wine tasting, etc that comes free.

We spent there a fabulous week this summer. It all started with easy access and a really warm welcome. Continued at spacious apartment, 2 bedrooms, every bedroom with separate bathroom. You can't expect fabulous views from the apartment, but quiet surroundings and few minutes by walk to the nearest shop, restaurant, lift or even the walking, hiking and bike routes. We are giving our full recommendation!
