everything and the host's hospitality and support beyond the rest. beautiful very thought through design, small but comfy. we had a projector in our room! shared kitchen is fully equipped. it is placed perfectly as well, everything is walking distance from the train station, city center, shops, restorants. highly recommend this place.

Very nice place with very welcoming hosts, a cozy bed and a fully equipped kitchen. There are nice spots to eat, relax and also to meet other guests. Our favorite was enjoying the morning sun at the terrace and to play table tennis in the cellar. The city center is nearby, it’s easy to discover the city by feet from there. See you next time!

The place was near Vardanants Square, so we could walk to the city center in 2 minutes. It was a small room with all the amenities we needed (private bathroom with towels and toiletries etc.). The air conditioner worked well and the beds were comfortable and soft. On the first floor there was a kitchen with tables and some board games so we could sit there, eat snacks and play backgammon.

Fantastic host, extremely helpful and welcoming. We really appreciated the home made cakes and the watermelon - after a long day this was perfect. The room was very clean, and there is an option to use kitchen facilities and also to eat outside in a nice garden area. The accommodation is about 800m to the main square of the city- easily walkable for the evening. Highly recommended!
