Dear Arusik, thank You for your exceptional hospitality! The location is perfect, close to everything and silent at the same time. Everything was spotless clean, very cozy, had all the amenities you would need for shorter, or longer stay. We were greeted with wide smiles, very delicious gata, on the second day best coffee we had in Armenia and we enjoyed our stay. On the first day when we arrived it was raining, so we enjoyed staying inside a lot. It was colder than usually, but the heating was on for our comfort. We appreciate people speaking English here, it is not popular language, and many places do not communicate in English, but Arusik spoke great English and her smile was very heartwarming! Very recommended, you do not find these guest house often ❤️

Everything is excellent about this hotel, the staff are very helpful and super friendly and always smiling. The lady in the kitchen is also very welcoming. The location is great in the heart of Gyumri. The rooms are really well equipped, and spacious and very comfortable beds and pillows. Extremely clean. Wifi Speed is excellent for video calls and remote working. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Gyumri.

The place was near Vardanants Square, so we could walk to the city center in 2 minutes. It was a small room with all the amenities we needed (private bathroom with towels and toiletries etc.). The air conditioner worked well and the beds were comfortable and soft. On the first floor there was a kitchen with tables and some board games so we could sit there, eat snacks and play backgammon.
