We received the warmest welcomes from this kind family. We enjoyed delicious and nourishing food in a beautifully decorated eating area. Outside there are dozens of fruit trees, and we could bring our car in off the road. There is no sign outside, so trust to Google maps and knock on the door. Don't forget to ask about the intriguing statue in the village - family memory intersects with national history.

Dear Arusik, thank You for your exceptional hospitality! The location is perfect, close to everything and silent at the same time. Everything was spotless clean, very cozy, had all the amenities you would need for shorter, or longer stay. We were greeted with wide smiles, very delicious gata, on the second day best coffee we had in Armenia and we enjoyed our stay. On the first day when we arrived it was raining, so we enjoyed staying inside a lot. It was colder than usually, but the heating was on for our comfort. We appreciate people speaking English here, it is not popular language, and many places do not communicate in English, but Arusik spoke great English and her smile was very heartwarming! Very recommended, you do not find these guest house often ❤️

A perfect place to stay! Loua is a wonderful host who goes out of his way you make you feel at home. Our room was very large & airy with a nice balcony. The bed was very comfortable, we had a great night's sleep. The bathroom is shared with Loua, but this wasn't a problem. The location is ideal, a quick walk to the centre & the sites.

My experience in the hotel was very good. It was clean comfortable and the people were amazing. Breakfast was good as well.
