We received the warmest welcomes from this kind family. We enjoyed delicious and nourishing food in a beautifully decorated eating area. Outside there are dozens of fruit trees, and we could bring our car in off the road. There is no sign outside, so trust to Google maps and knock on the door. Don't forget to ask about the intriguing statue in the village - family memory intersects with national history.

Location was perfect, quiet and walking distance to downtown. Best part was our host! What a brilliant man he was. Very adapt in Google Translate communications, so we could actually speak with oneanother. Really big rooms, private parking and a shared bathroom with the owner. This beautiful homestay is an absolute MUST STAY in Gyumri. There aren’t enough words to describe how awesome Babulya house is… the location is central and walkable… the room is massive and super comfortable… the facilities are outstanding (a washing machine too!) but the best part of all is the wonderful host, Karen. Never have we ever arrived somewhere and immediately felt like family, and like we were staying at home. Very kind hosts, they made me feel like part of the family. They helped me arrange buses and taxis several times. Good conversation and the occasional barbecue or game of chess as well.
