Amazing host! Mikeli was super friendly and hospitable, always quick to respond. He truly cared about how we were doing and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was newly renovated and very clean with AC and also a small smart TV. We came for just one night but decided to stay longer because we were so happy with everything. Our stay here was truly wonderful. The location is in a charming mountain town with stunning views, and the hosts were extremely kind and welcoming. Due to a mix-up, we were initially placed in a room superior to the one we had booked, with the plan to move the next day. Because of nearby wildfires, the first night was stressful — something entirely beyond the hosts’ control — but they were very understanding and offered us the option to leave if we didn’t feel safe. We chose to stay, and since many guests left due to the fires, we ended up keeping the upgraded room for the rest of our stay. The hosts went above and beyond, providing fresh fruits and vegetables from their garden, and leaving a freshly baked loaf of bread on our terrace table each morning. It was by far an unforgettable experience, and we will definitely return if we get the chance.

The location is great. The bungalows are nice and comfortable, the bathrooms clean and top, the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is marvellous. The personnel is nice and listens to you. The manager Nina is a maestro in organising everything for everyone all the time. The restaurant offers quality food

the apartment was very clean and cosy. They are a family of doctors and future doctors even the grandmother is one. The grandmother was very welcoming, warm and thoughtful and the granddaughter as well. There had been a problem with the booking page so the price which came up for two people was actually lower then they had intended it to be. Also I made the booking for two and it came up as one. And they still let us both stay for the price we had seen in booking even though it was only half of their intended fee, which was really generous of their part. The village is 23min from Saranda .. which is perfect if you want to be near, while being at a quite place.
