This place is amazing. The location is calm and beautiful and far from civilization so you feel relaxed. The host and his family are the most kind and they accommodated us with all the requests we had. The room is just big enough and in this hot weather the aircon works excellent. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The room was cleaned every day including new sheets which is in my opinion too much but it's kind. The bathroom is just big enough it only misses something to hold stuff. The wardrobe is smaller but there is space around for luggage. I recommend to pay for breakfast, because it is delicious. Outside there are also swings, slide and domestic animals for kids.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful orchard tower nestled in a peaceful homestead. We loved our stay at Geshtenja. The kindness and attentiveness of Zamira and her husband made our stay unique and simply amazing. The food was delicious and Zamira made vegetarian dishes for us as we don’t eat meat. The room is very spacious, with heating and aircon (we used the aircon as we travelled in summer), very comfy beds and a nice view. The location is nice if you’re looking to get away from crowded areas and looking for quiet and surrounded by nature. We’d love to be back! P.S.: Just a recommendation, if you follow google maps, will make you take a dirt pebble road and will take longer to get there. So from the main road (Rruga per Thethe), just take Rruga Reçit (a paved road, and definitely a shortcut) that will lead you directly to another paved road (where the restaurant/hotel is)

Great boutique hotel. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, and ensures that your stay is as comfortable as can be. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the walk to town is only 5 minutes. Parking is very easy.

Wow the hostel is more like a hotel! Such a beautiful stay here we were not expecting the room to be so huge and beautiful. We had our own balcony and kitchen. Harris and his mother were so accommodating, we had to leave at 5:30am and they even still made us our breakfast! So lovely and such a beautiful stay highly recommended this place!

Lake Shkodra Resort is situated in Shkoder, 7 km from the city centre. It is set just by the lake, the sandy and pebbly beach can be reached in 100 metres.

The Resort is right by the lake and thus makes the perfect peaceful cooldown stop on a summer vacation in hot Albania. We loved our stay here away from the noisy city. Also, the restaurant is great with big portions and very reasonable pricing. We stayed in one of the air conditioned hotel rooms, but even the campsites are all fairly private and provide lots of natural shade! Would absolutely stay here again!
