We really enjoyed our stay at Central Inn - the location is just perfect, close to Skanderbeg Square and the bus station. We also met three members of hotel staff during our stay, and they were all incredibly kind and friendly, and really made us feel welcome. Our room was compact in size, but size isn't everything! There are a lot of thoughtful touches, and the rooms are very well designed. It had everything we needed. On top of that, everything is super clean and modern! We felt really comfortable there and would definitely return :)

When we arrived, we were so tired, but we were welcomed with juice at the reception. The food at the restaurant was simply amazing. We decided to visit the spa and were pleasantly surprised to find a children's area in the pool, which made us very happy. The staff was WONDERFUL and ATTENTIVE, making our stay even more enjoyable. Another great advantage is the free parking, which is a big plus in Tirana.

I booked that hotel once more after a very positive initial experience. Again, I was positively surprised. The room was even better than the first time, on the 14th floor, with a balcony. Amazing city view, good size, great value. Very clean, comfortable mattress, TV with all programmes I like, bathroom fully equipped (best from all 4 star hotels I experienced in Albania). Very polite and helpful staff, 10 stars for customer service but also for taking care of cats and kittens that are coming for breakfast every day. It says a lot about your empathy, humanity, and positivity. It gives a good impression. You are a good people and I will always choose your hotel when in Tirana.

Lovely hotel with huge swimming pool and gym. Really comfortable room and bed. Shower was lovely. Bar/restaurant had lovely food and cocktails. Nice hotel if you want to be close to the airport. Also free transfer.

Besa was an excellent host. She answered all my queries promptly and was attentive during our stay.. Even share information of restaurants and places of interests without me aaking :) Location is great. At city center. Near to Skenderbeg square and other tourists attractions (walking distance). Many affordable restaurants nearby and a supermarket too. View is gorgeous from apartment too.
