Fantastic, super clean and exceptionally service minded staff. This hotel really takes your safety seriously. In 40 years of traveling all over the world, this is the first time I have seen a proper fire drill. The fire-brigade arrived in minutes and both hotel management and staff were involved. The de-briefing was seen to be effective. Thank you Grand Hyatt for taking my and my family’s safety seriously!!!

Omg, what a Heaven! I have no words to describe people working there. Evey person there, from reception, Concierge Desk, security, cleaning staff, pool employees, workers dealing with baggages and doors, restaurant staff...everybody were absolut perfection. We just LOVED everything! the premises were very clean with very nice smell everywhere. There was very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The beach was amazing. The guests were quiet and respectful of each other. The personnel was friendly and always at service. Amazing place to take a break from everyday life!
