The staff was amazing, everyone smiling and willing to help. I forgot some stuff in the room and the staff facilitate the shipping to my adress. The difference was definitely made by the people, from cleaners to valet, to beach staff, butlers and reception. They all were great. Breakfast was amazing, crazy variety and taste.

We liked EVERYTHING about the hotel and our stay there. It is close to Yas Mall, Warner Brothers theme park, Waterpark, and Ferrari world. We were able to walk everywhere. SeaWorld is also close, and we were able to take the bus. Everybody is so helpful and friendly. Wish we could've stayed longer.

We will definitely return! The only negative is that too many hotels in UAE are advertised as 5*, being far from the standard and this is just unfair to places like Ritz and to travelers.
