The hotel is splendid and has all the amenities that one could want. It is very relaxing and all the staff are extremely polite and helpful. We would like to mention some of the Refinery bar staff - Phoung, Chau, Dat, Bao, Nah, Mai and Hoan who were lovely to interact with and so well trained. Phuong gave a great coffee course with good humour and fun conversation. Also, we went to Ba Na Hills by car and Vu our driver was excellent. Very calm and had good conversation. One more thing is we went on a bicycle tour of Kim Bong village, which was very enjoyable, with our guide Tu, who was very knowledgeable and polite. Finally, I would like to say a big Thank You to all the staff at the hotel for such a wonderful experience. One thing I forgot to include in my TripAdvisor review was that the breakfast is delicious with such a great variety and the staff including My, Loan, Yen, Vy, Thanh and Vu were so helpful and kind!

Very beautiful hotel. Our room was really spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel is immaculately clean. They have a really nice swimming pool with lounge chairs and beds, great place to chill after a long day. Eric have been so helpful during our stay and made it really pleasant. Him took really good care of us even for flight schedule issues. Thank you so much for having us !

staff are lovely, kind and extremely helpful. The breakfast is amazing. Rooms are big, clean and have everything you need. free bikes to get into the old town, or costs you about 1.50 in a taxi. Walk takes you about 15/20 minutes. out of the centre so really peaceful.

Hanna and Mimi are the most lovely hosts. We’ve spend a very good time talking and laughing with them. 2 gems. The room and the bathroom was beautiful too and very big. We had a balcony. Its was also good to be out of the busyness of the old town. 5 min by bike so easy

All amazing, amazing, amazing! Nothing to complain. Clean rooms, clean pool, nice and super helpful staff, 15 minutes walk to the old town. Relaxed atmosphere. One of my favourite places in Vietnam. The owner was really nice, available and willing to give a hand. The room was clean and spacious. The location is near the old town city (+/- 20min by walk). There were no bugs and the water was heated.
