Fantastic experience on the edge of Old Town. Very convenient for walking through Old Town... but to be honest, the resort was so nice, it was hard to leave! Very friendly staff, excellent food, and all for very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend

Our stay at this hotel was excellent! We arrived early in the morning, and the staff had kindly left a room key for us, allowing us to check in the next morning—such a thoughtful touch. We took part in their walking tour, which was fantastic, and the cooking class exceeded our expectations. A special shoutout to Judy and especially Hannah at reception—they were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the ancient town, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the pool was a great bonus. Highly recommend!

I loved that December Hoi An Villa was just a 3-minute motorbike ride away from the center of the Old Town. It meant I could get to and from all the places I wanted to visit at just a moment's notice while also enjoying the peace of being slightly away from the bustle. The street was this beautiful and clean suburban neighbourhood full of new and modern townhouses. The hotel receptionist Tuyet also gave me a very helpful little map of the Old Town together with a list of recommendations for places to visit, things to do and places to eat which was super helpful!

Room is spacious and cozy, the bathroom is lovely. Pool is small but nice and cool. Location is good, just 3-5min scooter ride to the old town area, 10 min ride to the beach. You can rent a scooter directly from the hotel

Comfortable and huge private room. Tasty breakfast - easy to meet other travellers here. Bicycles available to rent, laundry service available, tour bookings possible via the hostel. However the star is the owner Hien - she’s super high energy, super friendly, and makes this a really special place to stay. Highly recommend joining her food tour if you get the chance.

Really great location, everything closely accessible by free provided bikes. Comfortable beds, best breakfast we had so far. It's easy to arrange a basket boat or airport transfer for a great price.

I felt like at home! Ninh and here family are incredible hosts and make yor stay so comfortable! Ninh arranged everything for me (including airport shuttle) and had the best recommends for local food, tailoring and entertainment! I rented a bike for going around town and they also did my laundry - all for a very good and reasonable price! Thank you so much Ninh & family!!
