Our stay at Enso Retreat Hoi An was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The quality of service was top-notch, and everything was well-organized and professional. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making it easy to relax. The facilities were excellent, offering a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere. We also booked a massage, which was amazing and perfect for recovery after a long day of exploring. The therapists were skilled, and the overall experience was very relaxing. The restaurant was decent, though not particularly outstanding. The food selection was a bit limited, but it wasn’t bad—just nothing extraordinary. Overall, Enso Retreat Hoi An is a great place to unwind, especially if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing stay with excellent service and facilities. Would definitely recommend it!

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. Newly renovated, you can tell the owners have put a lot of effort into creating a beautiful, relaxing little sanctuary. The rooms were spacious and stylishly designed- bed was super comfy. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful massage at their sister hotel Zest just up the road. Would definitely stay at either establishment again!

The room was so comfortable and spacious. The staff were so so sweet and Thuy (the owner) and her family really took care of us and made us feel so attended to. The room itself is great. Breakfast was delicious. We loved the location because it was a 10-15 min bike ride to the ancient town in one direction and 15 min to the Beach going the other direction - so very ideal. It was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. Honestly one of our best stays in Vietnam (if not the best).

Good location. Spacious, comfortable and clean room. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was lovely! Kim helped us a lot and gave us amazing tips about Hoi An. You can have a free bike or rent a motorbike. Definitely recommend you stay in this hotel. Was the best place we stayed in Vietnam I would definitely come back. A million stars ⭐️
