Em and her staff are incredible! The room and property were exceptional for the price. The staff will take care of so many things for guests to make the stay convenient. It’s located right across the street from where all the main shopping starts and is about 1 kilometer to the lively bars. The beach is a 10-15 minute ride away.

The wonderful team at La Charm made our stay so great. Everyone we met went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, making some excellent recommendations for things to do. The beds are comfy. Very luxurious hotel right in the middle of Hoi An old town. Lovely spacious room with own bathroom, big swimming pool, very friendly and helpful staff en delicious breakfast. My wife got sick during our stay and the staff was very helpful and thoughtful.
