Em the owner couldn't have been more helpful. Her knowledge and can do attitude may our 5 day stay in Hoi An amazing. Booked us on a huge boat on the river for $4 each and packed a picnic to eat saving us $400. The rooms were massive, beautiful swimming pool. Fabulous restaurant and chef Ty. Delicious food, great prices. Make use of the free bicycles and get out and about town. Hoi an old town so beautiful at night. Loved the cool clean waters of Ems swimming pool. Staff amazing. Sad to leave Em's but all 5 of us definitely coming back to stay. Gem of a hotel to stay at. Everything close.

Good location, great facilities, delicious breakfast and above all superb staff. They have good restaurant, shops and tour recommendations. I got sick during my stay and they arranged a doctor's appointment very early in the morning, also the taxi, stop at the ATM, copy of my passport, everything. They were really invested that I got medical attention as soon as possible. This made me feel safe being so far away from home. Alice in reception was amazing. Highly recommend!

Kevin and Linda were fantastic! Very helpful from the moment you got there. We were able to check in very early as soon as we arrived which was awesome! Kevin was super helpful in booking us in on tours and taxis to and from the hotel, even at super late notice as we were a bit disorganised. He even came in on his day off to say goodbye to us.
