Everything - location is perfect, rooms - better than in a luxury cruise we had in Ha Long Bay, Owners - the most amazing and friendly family we ever met. They make amazing breakfast and also opened a new restaurant you all should try. They take care of you, give you good recommendations, communicate very well and quick and even booked us transfers. We truly felt like a part of the family for a few days. Thank you very much for this experience.

Everything was perfect! We stayed for 4 days but we wanted to stay longer!
It was the cleanest room we had during our 2 weeks of travelling. Also the bed was very good, and the shower was perfect as well!
Location is in the old town, walking distance to al the hotspots, but not noisy at all! :)
Staff was so kind to us! They have laundry service, clothes were ready the same day.
Free bicycles! And for western breakfast go to Ellie's cafe. It is in the alley next to the house.

Everything was perfect. Kevin and My were extremely nice and helpful, the breakfast was warm with a lot of options and the location was perfect, a short walk to the center and an even shorter bicycle ride. They also gave us free bicycles that were great and very useful for exploring the area around the city. If you are looking for a calm and peaceful oasis near the center this is definitely a must for you!

I would like to commend the staff at this hotel, Robert was amazing and very hospitable in meeting all our queries regarding Hoi An. They were also very helpful in arranging our airport transfers and laundry services. The hotel is also in a prime location, 5 minute walk to Old Town.
Plus, it's a bonus that Robert gave us Bánh mì when we arrived and even when we were flying out (as we were leaving during lunchtime). He also gave us mung bean treats to have with tea - he is very thoughtful that way.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location little outside main turist area, but close enough to walk. Breakfast good, many options. Unfortunetly when we were there it was mostly cloudy, so we didnt get to enjoy the pools properly.
