Liv and Katy made our stay amazing. We were so well looked after and catered to. Happy, fun and warm. The property is just the right distance from the Old Town to be accessible but secluded for serenity. The mix is perfect. Breakfast was a diverse spread of everything you could want.

They served a scrumptious breakfast. We enjoyed the option of fried eggs, a lovely Banh Mi, iced coffee and fresh fruit. The immediate environment is not ideal, however there are changes being made. Mint Villa is located within walking distance from the markets and restaurants.

This homestay is a gem. Book it now because it's always full and the family are the nicest people ever. They have a beautiful sense of hospitality. The room was everything you'd want it to be. Close to the center but not noisy, large and bright and airy and clean with very comfortable beds.

the owner of the Homestay was very welcoming and super helpful. my dad and I got food poisoning when we were in Hoi An, and she made sure we were looked after. I would 100% come back to this Homestay
