We had a wonderful stay in Hoi An at the Grand Sunrise Palace. We booked the Presidential Suite for 3 days. Great room with little surprises every day (cakes, wine) a great welcome and perfect service. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful at all times. big thanks goes to Luna .She made our holiday perfect. Thank you for that. The location is great. It's a 15-minute bike ride (free) to the beach and the city. The location is absolutely fine. breakfast with a large selection. We can highly recommend the hotel.

The staff at this hotel was incredible! Everyone was so friendly, very obliging and super professional. The rooms are clean, well equipped and the bed is really comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very big with a lot of different options. I alsway want to point out the Spa. I had a vietnamese massage, foot massage and facial done by Dao. She was amazing and the whole session (120 minutes) was really relaxing and pleasant. I actually extended my 2 night stay to 5 nights in total - so that says everything i guess:)

We loved our time here! This homestay is so beautiful and peaceful with fantastic size rooms. It’s in a great location, just a a short stroll into the old town or even shorter bike ride and bikes are provided at the accommodation. Bich was amazing, helping us with recommendations and bookings and made us feel at right home. We would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel. Beautiful room, nice bed,, great breakfast buffet with a lot of options. And the view is amazing. Pool was very nice. Location was also great. 15minutes walking to the old town. And you can borrow a bike to bike around in de rice fields. I would recommend this to everyone.
