The staff was so friendly and helpful with our tours and questions. The accomodation was beautiful and the breakfast was fabulous! It is a nice walk to the city center and a good area. Nextdoor there is a tailor that belongs to the accomodation which we can also recommend. Thank you very much, it was a wonderful stay! All the best!

Everything is Just perfect. Nothing was too much trouble . The breakfast was amazing . And the staff were so kind and helpful , my husband got sick in Hanoi and we travelled to Hoian and he became worse . They really took care of us at this hotel and made sure we’re were comfortable and had a doctor on stand by . Exactly what you need/want when you are in a Crisis. They were incredible . Would defo stay again 🙏♥️

Everything, staff were so kind and thoughtful and helpful, the hotel is close to old town but also secluded so away from all noise. Shuttle takes you to town for free and back. The breakfast range was amazing. Spa treatment and massage was also amazing. Even get filtered water!
