The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and they will do everything they can to help you. Daisy stays in contact with you through WhatsApp throughout your stay to ensure you have everything you need. She is such a kind and friendly person and made our stay enjoyable. If you’re looking for value for money, this place is fantastic! The bicycles are free to use, and the pool is great.
The location is in a quiet part of Hoi An, which is nice to return to after a busy day in the old town.

Em and her staff are incredible! The room and property were exceptional for the price. The staff will take care of so many things for guests to make the stay convenient. It’s located right across the street from where all the main shopping starts and is about 1 kilometer to the lively bars. The beach is a 10-15 minute ride away.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The location was perfect – close to all the attractions and yet quiet and peaceful.
An excellent spot, right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything.
The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. We loved the little touches, like the welcome drink and the cozy decor.

The staff is very charming and attentive. The room was well serviced every day. The location is close to the Old Town. Mrs Lan at the spa was outstanding. I had a little fever during one of my massage, she looked after me and she was very caring. I kept on going back. I did 3 spa days out of my 4 nights at La Charm. The staff was so professional, and the massage was on point. I feel rejuvenated and so relaxed.
Mrs Nga at reception looked after us well. Thank you for your service.
