Cute place just minutes away from the old town. Mat was super helpful and super nice!! He gave us advice on where to eat, where to do tailoring, he helped us in booking tickets and driver to Da Nang. The breakfast is fantastic, very delicious! I highly recommend this place! :)

Lovely staff, chill vibe, very clean. 2 minute walk to the beach. They provide lots of information/guidance/recommendations about the local area which is so helpful. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Everything. It is very well located, the room is big, the bathroom too, the people who work in the hotel are incredible and with a very good disposition (like Kim who helped us from the moment 0), the pool is super, the breakfast too. The laundry service and room service are super good. All excellent! Highly recommended.

Everything was amazing! The moment you step into the hotel, you will be amazed by the view. Rooms are super clean. Hote has its own restaurant/bar ; every food we tried was delicious. And the prices are same as the city center. Hotel offers a shuttle service to both center and the beach.

This palace is absolutely stunning. We were welcomed by the staff and Nancy really nicely. The accomodations rules, information and recommandations were really clear and helpful. The room was big, clean and confortable. The bathtub is a really nice addition to the room and can easily fit two people. I would recommend this place without hesitation. 10/10

The hotel room was super big with a beautiful Bathroom attached. Room was super neat and clean and the bed was comfortable. Our room had a beautiful spacious balcony as well. The hotel is located at the heart of Hoian where everything is easily Accessible. I have to mention about our super friendly and supportive Hotel Staffs- Mrs. Flower and Mr. Robert . I have never met such nice,supportive,helpful and wonderful people by heart❤️ Our stay in HoiAn became more enjoyable because of their warm hospitality 🙂 They always greeted us with a big smile on whenever we were entering or leaving the hotel, such a heart warming gesture. They offered us so many different food when they heard we were vegetarian. They also made sure we enjoy with safety and always took Great care of Us. Mrs. Flower and Mr. Robert paid extra attention to My Mother, which is also recommendable 🙂 Thankyou Again to Mrs. Flower and Mr. Robert, You have become a part of our family now. We would recommend your hotel specially for You people to everyone.

We had a great stay at Enso retreat! The staff was wonderful and always happy to help, make recommendations and went out of their way to make sure we had a nice stay. Also, the breakfast was great!
