The reception team was very professional and super friendly giving us very useful tips for enjoying the city at its most (food,shopping,shows). The location in a quiet neighborhood 3min walk from the center. The room was very clean, very comfortable bed and with a beautiful deco. The swimming pool is very nice. The price. Definitely what we loved the most from this hotel was its people. Since day -10 (before we arrived) they were really attentive to whatever I asked them via Booking or even WhatsApp. Once we arrived they gave us the best recommendations for tours and things to do at the lovely city of Hoi An. We were on our honeymoon, so I requested some decorations for our room; they did a wonderful job it looked stunning.
