The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us book a last minute halong bay cruise at a very good price. Although I'd still recommend to look around in different travel agencies so you can have an idea of the price and compare. The location is in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter. Plenty of restaurants, clubs and bars nearby. Lastly, the room was very good for the price and not too noisy. I'd highly recommend for one night or even a couple days!

It's really great during staying in the Solaria. All the staff been so nice and friendly. Especially thanks to Mr. Lee, he help me alot while I found out I was booked the wrong day,and the problem had solved right away. About the breakfast,it was so yummy and changed everyday,the staff will give you the warmest greetings every morning.😋 Sincerely appreciate to all the staff again!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff truly go the extra mile to ensure a fantastic experience. Bean and Tracy at reception were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Thuy gave me an excellent massage—so good that I booked a second one! The steam rooms were also a wonderful touch for relaxation. The rooftop bar and pool are simply gorgeous, offering breathtaking views and amazing cocktails. The food was outstanding—the chicken wings were to die for, and the pho was the best I had in Vietnam! The rooms may be cosy, but they are very well-equipped with updated TVs and modern amenities. Everything was designed for comfort and convenience. If you’re considering this hotel, don’t hesitate—book it now! You won’t regret it.
