The staff was amazing, so helpful and considerate. We actually arrived 6/7 hours before the check in time but they allowed us to check in much sooner once a room was available and we were so grateful for that. Location was also perfect, very central and close to all the making tourist spots as well as fantastic local eateries. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely book it again if I ever go back to Hanoi.

We had a wonderful experience at this new hotel. Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt completely fresh and modern. The breakfast was generous and delicious, with a great variety to choose from. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff- they were absolutely amazing. You could really feel that they put their heart into everything they do, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommended!
