The beds were extremely comfortable, the staff was very helpful all the time and were very nice! The location was also very good as it is in center, in the old quarter.

One of the best boutique hotels I have been to. Location is near the center of old quarter which is perfect, service is great, the rooftop offers an amazing view, rooms are cosy and well sound-proof and isolated.

The location is centrally located in the Oldquater. Near the beer road. Still, the room was quiet. The staff is super nice and Kate helps you so much, if you need help. You feel at home with the family. When I'm back in Hanoi, I'll come back here.

LOVED EVERYTHING! The location was within walking distance of top rated restos, night market, beer street, etc. The hotel is pretty new so all the facilities had that "newness" feel to it. The attention to detail from the hotel artwork to the breakfast buffet and all the way to the service was superb. Our room was so pretty! I was afraid it would be noisy since we booked a room with a balcony. But none of the noise could be heard from our room. One of our tour morning, my son did not wake up on time. I asked the staff at the breakfast buffet if I could bring a slice of bread for my son and instead, she prepared a bread box with some sliced ham plus coffee to go. Thanked her profusely. The hotel manager, Mr. Du Ngo. also gave us so many tips. And helped us with our luggage since our flight was still midnight. Since cars are not.allowed in the area during weekend nights, he and his staff booked us a cab from a drop off point 3 mins away from the hotel, escorted us all the way to the drop off point lugging around our luggage.

We stayed for 2 nights in March 2024. The room was spacious and clean. The AC was good and powerful. The water pressure was strong. The room has a dedicated hot water line, so we never had to worry about running out of hot water or having to wait for the water to get hot enough to take a shower or bath. I really wanted a bathroom with a bathtub and was not disappointed here. The rain shower was a nice touch. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is right in the middle of the old town and is roughly of equal distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and Dong Xuan market. It is just 50 meters from Ta Hien beer street, but it is far enough that the noises from late parties won't keep you up all night. All these positive aspects of the hotel and yet, the best aspect is the service for us. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. They really went above and beyond for us. As usual, you will need to insert the key to turn the AC and power on. However, we arrived to a very cool room as the staff had already turned on the AC before we arrived to make sure that we didn't come into a warm room, which is important as mosquitoes is a huge problem in the North of Vietnam at this time. We asked for some local food recommendations and were not disappointed. We got room 301 and would highly recommend it. It has a floor to ceiling window that sort of wraps around the corner of the building a little. This corner of the room overlooks both Đào Duy Từ Street and the intersection of Lương Ngọc Quyến and Tạ Hiện. There is a small love seat for you to sit and watch the streets without having to stay outside. I highly recommend it

The people at the reception were very kind. We arrived at the hotel at 10 o’clock, and they allowed us to check in early, which was very convenient for us. When I come back to Hanoi, I will book Viet Hotel again.
