Had a fantastic stay at Lotte Hotel Hanoi. Everything, from the service, location, room, to the indoor pool exceeded my expectations. The Pharaoh’s Bar & Upper looks much better than in photos. Every staff member I met was genuinely kind, professional, and attentive. especially Ms. Phung Nguyen, who assisted with the airport transfer. One highlight I’d highly recommend is using the hotel’s airport transfer service. I was running late for my flight, and they had someone waiting for me at the airport who helped me skip the queue with priority check-in. Extremely efficient and thoughtful! Also, don’t miss the mango bingsu at the hotel’s restaurant. I’ll definitely stay here again every time I visit Hanoi. Highly recommend !

Amazing breakfast included, The Pho and Egg Benedict were the best. Staff was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Room was very clean. The associated rooftop bar has great cocktails and atmosphere, definitely worth a visit. Spa was also great. Many important sites are visitable by foot in ~30 minutes (or faster depending how brave you are with crossing streets).

After spending so much time in places like old and french quarters which were great for tourist purposes but hectic outside when you are tired and just want to shower and sleep. The location of The Five Residences kinda feels secluded at night which is much needed after a long day. The beds and bedding were super comfy.
