When I originally checked in, the room I received wasn't to my liking but I once I expressed my concerns to Emily at the front desk, she was more than happy to address my concerns and switched me to a room I was very happy with. VERY friendly staff that went over and above to accomodate our needs! Even allowed us to store our bags, not only on the day of checking out but also a few days later when we were in Spokane again, which was SO nice of them. Breakfast was good and à la carte, free for Genius members. Gym was very large and well-equipped with new machines. Late check-in after midnight was no problem, and we were even offered a late checkout due to our late arrival. Room was very spacious, modern, and clean with huge bed and additional couch. Bathroom was large and clean with free toiletries. Downstairs lobby was tastefully decorated.

The room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and clean. I was running the Bloomsday run and was able to walk to the event from the hotel.
