All of the staff were super friendly and welcoming, the front desk Anthony was great, some other front desk people were great, and the restaurant staff too, everyone at the hotel was talented at engaging guests. The decor of the hotel is stylish and chic. The mini bar included was a nice surprise. The noise machine was great to have. The Le Labo body cream in the room is a luxury.

New hotel, clean, comfortable, everything was as it had to be! Nice personnel on reception, I asked for a room on upper floor and I had one. Calm, did not hear neighbours, very good breakfast too.

They allowed us to check in and access our rooms at 7:30am. That was exceptional and much appreciated after spending the previous day and night in Amtrak from New Orleans.

Staff were friendly and helpful.
