Really nice hotel, staff were very friendly and accommodating when we checked in early. Nice breakfast with good views of the city. The valet parking was good and the guy running it when we arrived was super helpful and directed us to the free street parking

- Very good localization, close to the subway station, restaurants, and supermarkets. - The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. - There was a very good contact with the hostel staff (they were helpful and fixed my problems in less than 1 minute). - The bathroom (located outside the room) was clean and equipped with soap and shampoo.

We had an early flight in and they were able to give us an early check in. Once we checked out they stored our bags so that we could do more sight seeing. Fanastic hotel would absolutely stay there again next time in Chicago!
